Returns following withdrawal

For an ordinary withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Details and time limits are set out in our withdrawal information. You can also declare your withdrawal using withdraw from the contract.

Your order number and name help us identify the returned goods. Please package the goods so that they are protected during transport. Contacting us in advance, obtaining a return number and using the original packaging are not conditions for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Defective or incorrectly supplied items

Email info@fenral.com and describe the problem. Your order number and, where appropriate, photographs help us process your request. Where you are entitled to a remedy, we bear the necessary costs that we are required to pay by law. We will agree the return or further handling with you. The shipping cost rule for an ordinary withdrawal does not apply to complaints about defective goods. Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
